At Woman Recreated, we believe in the power of togetherness. Our monthly support group offers a compassionate space where women can share, listen, and grow alongside others who understand their journey. Our group also offers creative therapy and is peer led but overseen by mental health professionals.

This group is a cornerstone of our community, providing regular, confidential support. Twice a year, we open our hearts and doors to the public, inviting a broader audience to learn, engage, and stand in solidarity with those affected by PTSD.
