Promoting Justice
We worked tirelessly to consider the target market for Us or Else. These individuals are interested in knowing what’s happening nationally – especially as it relates to the black community and to those who are notably marginalized. The platforms that this group views the website on vary significantly so the site had to be easily accessible from multiple browsers and older computer / phone types. We also limited CSS styling and the use of fancy elements which ultimately would cause the computers and phones to move slower.
The direction of each page points the user to make concrete decisions. We guide them to get involved and engage with each petition and opportunity so that they can make their voice heard and play a major role in effecting justice for those who otherwise are not usually respected in a court of law.
